OUTSTANDING PRODUCTION AND CUSTOMER SERVICE

Folsom, PA - Realizing that customer service is an integral part of its commitment to professional excellence, Century 21 Real Estate LLC has recognized The Steve and Andrea Ritter Team, of CENTURY 21 Alliance Ridley, with the CENTURY 21 Quality Service Team Award. In addition, they received the CENTURY 21 Alliance SILVER AWARD, for achieving the third highest listings and sales production in the office as a team.

“This is the fourth year-in-a-row Steve and Andrea have been honored for their outstanding customer service,” commented Lillian Fiorelli, managing partner of the Ridley office, with pride. This national award is presented annually to those CENTURY 21 System teams who receive a minimum return of 30 percent on their post-transaction client satisfaction surveys, with a minimum satisfaction index of 85 percent.
