CHESTER COUNTY MARKET UPDATE:
The market is not slowing down! There is an increase of inventory coming onto the market and only a slight decline in the number of sales for the month of September. Note that homes are staying on the market a little longer but the wait is worth it as the average sales prices are about $50K higher than they were around the same time last year.
DELAWARE COUNTY MARKET UPDATE:
The market is very similar to Chester County with an increase in inventory and only a slight decline in total sales in September. Homes are on the market for about the same amount of time as in August with an average sales price of $269,000, which is a little lower than last year.
