Our communities have rallied together to support each other during these tough times. The best way to close out 2020 is to continue this local support. Here are some ways you can get involved.
CHESTER COUNTY:
CHESTER COUNTY FOOD BANK
There are volunteer opportunities available for those who are healthy and able. If you are unable to assist in person, you can donate food or host a food drive. Looking for something different to do with the kids? The food bank also offers an opportunity to decorate the cardboard boxes used for their Senior Food Boxes through a program called Color Some Kindness. Find out more about these and other opportunities on their website here.
SHINE WITH CHESTER COUNTY HOSPITAL
SHINE takes generous support and collects donations to directly touch patients battling cancer. They offer services, free of charge, to help improve their treatment, assist patients in navigating their treatment process, assist patients with obtaining transportation for their appointments, and so much more.
